Before joining IndigoOak, Kathy served as Managing Broker of The Litchfield Company | Christie’s International Real Estate in Pawleys Island, guiding one of the region’s most successful offices. A native of Indianapolis, Kathy and her husband, Dean, made Pawleys Island home more than 30 years ago, where they raised their two children, Garrett and Rowan. Deeply connected to the community and the coastal lifestyle, Kathy’s love for design, baking, and time on the water reflects her creative spirit and her belief in living with joy and purpose.
