With a career defined by strategic growth and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Michael Mumma serves as Co-President of IndigoOak Christie’s International Real Estate. A dynamic leader with deep roots in the industry, Michael combines financial expertise with a visionary approach to brokerage management, helping shape the brand’s expansion and operational success throughout the Carolinas.
Michael’s experience spans nearly every facet of real estate—from underwriting and lending to brokerage leadership. A Clemson University graduate, he began his career at Armada Analytics, where he underwrote more than $1 billion in multifamily lending across the nation, specializing in affordable housing. He later served as Vice President at TD Bank, managing a portfolio of real estate-backed collateralized loans throughout the Southeast.
Since joining Blackstream in 2017, Michael’s impact has been transformative. His leadership has guided the company’s evolution from a single Greenville-based office to a network of thriving locations under the Christie’s International Real Estate and SVN affiliations. Today, as Co-President of IndigoOak, he continues to drive growth through innovation, collaboration, and a focus on relationships—fostering a culture rooted in professionalism, integrity, and connection.
