Victoria Ubina brings more than two decades of Charleston experience, a deep understanding of the region’s communities, and a diverse background in real estate, design, and construction to her work with IndigoOak Christie’s International Real Estate. Having relocated to Charleston from New York City with her family in 2003, Victoria has experienced firsthand the qualities that make the Lowcountry such a special place to call home. 

Over the years, Victoria has lived and worked throughout many of Charleston’s most sought after communities, including downtown Charleston, Daniel Island, Mount Pleasant, James Island, Isle of Palms, and Sullivan’s Island. This firsthand knowledge allows her to offer thoughtful insight into the distinct character, lifestyle, and opportunities found throughout the Charleston area. 

Victoria’s own real estate experience extends well beyond buying and selling. As an investor and homeowner, she and her family have purchased, built, renovated, and leased more than 15 properties. She also served as the designer and finishes contractor for a luxury home on Daniel Island that was later featured on HGTV, giving her a unique perspective on construction quality, design, renovations, and the potential of a property. Her work with the Historic Charleston Foundation further deepened her appreciation for Charleston’s distinctive architecture and preservation efforts. 

Having lived in New England, the Western United States, France, and Spain, Victoria understands the opportunities and challenges that come with relocating. Fluent in Spanish and French, she enjoys working with clients from diverse backgrounds and assisting those moving throughout the Charleston area, across the country, or internationally.
