Will Davis
With decades of experience across all facets of real estate, Will Davis brings a steady hand and visionary leadership to IndigoOak Christie’s International Real Estate. As Co-President and Broker-in-Charge, Will draws on his proven expertise in guiding both people and organizations toward excellence.
In addition to his leadership at IndigoOak, Will serves as President and CEO of The Litchfield Company, one of South Carolina’s most respected brokerage brands. Since taking the helm in 2018, he has played an instrumental role in expanding the company’s presence and influence across the state. His career began in residential sales and evolved through new home development and recreational land tracts—experience that gives him a well-rounded perspective on every dimension of the industry.
Deeply committed to elevating real estate in South Carolina, Will serves as President Elect of the Coastal Carolina Association of REALTORS® and as a board member of the South Carolina REALTORS® Association. He is also a founding member of the advisory board for the Grant Center for Real Estate at Coastal Carolina University, where he helps shape the next generation of industry professionals.
Grounded and approachable, Will’s leadership philosophy blends professionalism, integrity, and joy. Outside the office, he and his wife, Mandy, cherish life with their daughters, Stephanie and Ida—often found together on the water or the tennis court.
